7.2 PHASING

The proposal will be implemented in phases. Phase 1 will entail the development of the property (Erven 3556 Knysna) and the redevelopment of Erf 1339 into a Public Park with Public Facilities, with Phase 2 comprising the development of Erven 1331 and 2944. It is proposed to have all Phase 1 works completed in time for the 2010 World Cup (subject to Municipality approval).
