7.10 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT REGARDING SERVICE DELIVERY

A comprehensive Project Utility Supply and Energy Analysis and Energy Strategy Report have been conducted on instruction of the Developer and have been submitted to Knysna Town Engineers for their attention. The report illustrates traditional installations without energy reduction versus Energy reduced installations and the consequent large energy savings which can be achieved. This will form part of the Developers Energy Reduction philosophy in the proposal. It also indicates water savings which will be achieved through the use of modern technology in the development.
