REZONING OF ERVEN 3556, 2944 AND 1331 (Euro Construction) AND ERVEN 1339 AND 1352 (Knysna Municipality)
On the basis that Council agree to the principles of the redevelopment of the area based on the draft CMAI Masterplan, formal Rezoning Applications in terms of Section 17 of Land Use Planning Ordinance 1985 (Ordinance 15 of 1985) will be submitted and advertised in the prescribed manner. Erven 3556, 2944 and 1331 will be rezoned from Industrial Zone to Business Zone.
The development on these properties will consist of a combination of business and residential usage. The developments will typically have heated indoor swimming pools with retractable roofs for the warm summer months, a gym, a convenience store, creché, children’s play area, restaurant, café/s, an ice cream parlour, bar, fast food outlets as well as a number of offices to ensure the delivery of the principle of Work, Rest & Play in the one locality.
