3.2 PROPOSED DESIGN PRINCIPLES FOR THE ENTIRE AREA (CMAI DRAFT DOCUMENT)

The whole area is envisaged as having a very distinct sense of place and will as such have its own architectural language. On this basis it is proposed that contemporary design principles will be adopted for this area as it is our vision to create the future Knysna as opposed to trying to replicate the past.
